Crispy Wrap Chips

These chips are so easy! If you’re like me and keep a packet of wraps on hand in the pantry for that quick and easy meal, then tug them out because you’ll love this one!

Ingredients:

3-4 wraps (or as many as you need for the occasion).

Butter - melted

Crushed garlic

Salt

Herbs

Chilli paste

Method:

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees C (fan forced)

  2. Melt the butter and mix in the crushed garlic. Spread onto the wrap.

  3. If you’d prefer any of the other toppings, or a mix of your own, do this in this stage.

  4. Prepare a tray with baking paper.

  5. Cut the wraps into any shape you like. I often do strips or wedges.

  6. Place them on the tray and cook for 15 -20 minutes or until golden.

  7. Remove and serve with dips and cheeses, or anything else you can think of!
